Winterlicious Toronto: Scarpetta

Like a lot of major cities, Toronto also has a restaurant week every winter called Winterlicious.  Its a fantastic concept where for a reasonable set price you can enjoy a three course meal at some top notch restaurants across the city.  This time the restaurant of choice was Scarpetta.  For those that watch Chopped on the Food Network will know that Scott Conant is the genius behind Scarpetta (located in various cities across North America).  The Toronto outpost is located in the Thompson Hotel.  The service was top notch and although all the dishes were full of flavour, I saved the most delicious for the post – definitely a recommended place for some fine dining.  And for the paparazzi, we unfortunately missed Scott by a day 🙁
